yes yes. yesterday was my birthday.. so now im 18 years n 1 day old. [i feel old. boo.]
but who cares anyway. birthdays r supposed to b fun! yes. n this year i had the time of my life. the best 18th birthday i had in my life!!! ahhahahaha. yes i meant 18th bdae. ahha only once a lifetime. lol. ok laa.. shant b so bad. i guess its one of my best bdaes. i dun remb another bday which i spent the whole day smiling.. yeah. so thank you again to those who went to celebrate my bdae..
first i muz start with my 18th birthday eve. coz dats when all the fun started. the joy. ^^ *beams*
19062007went to bishan lib to mug with dvdy, encz, crtls, rchlg n prclt.
*skips the minor details*
lunch was stagger. so encz n dvdy was the last couple to go for lunch. they took a long time.. n i was like.. eh. y they take so long.. then i got suspicious.. after dat crtls received a call.. heard a guy's voice. i was like.. ehhh?? then she said ask prclt 1st. i was like ar? class fren? then they said buy n i noticed prclt look at me.. i was like. oh. i think not.. i guess dats dvdy.. guessed they were trying to buy me a prez. so i juz acted blur. n ignored..
then prclt disappeared for a long time.. at 1st thot she went to toilet.. but sth was definitely wrong.. she is taking ages.. then suddenly she came back with encz n dvdy. noticed encz wasnt wearing her jacket.. looked n saw her rather rectangular-ish jacket.. n i was like.. hmm... ahhaha.. n acted blur again.. then i asked her.. eh not cold ma? [bishan lib is freezing. i wore 3 layers. imagine] she said coz juz came from outside which was hot.. n i was like. yeahh right. ok. after dat. rchlg came back up to join us.. i was like.. hmm.. n encz showed them some pic.i was like. hm. yes act blur. continue doing my work..
then suddenly they showed me this piece of paper with 'happy birthday to u chrlx " " " ' n i juz smiled. ahhaha. then they did this silent version of "happy birthday" ahhaha.. "clapping" too.. haha.. n i was like.. oh my! ahhaha.. super paiseh. coz like distracting the other ppl studying there too.. can c them all staring over.. so i kinda hid my face. hehx. then encz passed me a big bag with my present in it.. n dvdy passed me a small card.. opened to read the sweet lil note. which brought many smilesss... then b4 i opened the present they were like.. if cannot fit dvdy will change it for u.. i was like what?! u bought me tee ar? huh.. i think most prob cant wear... then opened n pulled out a pair of slippers.. ahhaha.. so cute.. thanks!!! n the size was right! cool. n the wrapper super cuteeee. got verses one.... so nice laaa. love it.

20062007happy birthday to me!so yes. i woke up early.. but not as early as usual la.. but still considered early.. woke up n took my time.. to
bake brownies n singing to the music on the radio. ahha. basically trying to say. i was happily baking.. ahha. coz i juz liked the feeling of baking..
then all along dunno y the brownies i bake always unsuccessful.. so i was kinda apprehensive bout baking.. but this time i separated the batter into 2 baking tins.. guessing that the prob was coz the size specified was bigger. so meaning the ones ive been baking r too thick dats y the middle cant bake..
anyway.. after waiting for the cake to bake for 30 min... tada!!!! successful!!! yeaaah. so i was very happy. i kept telling my mum. yes!! finally my brownies can b baked. r proper ones. 1st time successful! yay!! hahaha.. yes i was very happy dat it was successful.. ^^
then i rushed off with the brownies n sjy's sleeping bag. to meet sjy at island creamery for our lunch dessert appointment. had a nice chat while eating our yummy desserts. she had apple pie with very berry ice cream. n i had mud pie. the mudpie was with oreo crumbs, oreo crust. top layer is with choc ice cream then cookies n cream. last was coffee ice cream i think. coz dat later was too thin to decifer wad it was.. anyway.. we had a nice sweet affair catching up with one another..
then took my time to slowly go down to gldy's home to
surprise them.. while walking i went thru the 'surprise plan i had for them'
this was the
initial plan: say not gonna mug with them.. then surprise them at whereever they r studying with brownies..
butttt. some ppl had to follow me to ntuc to buy ingredients the day b4.. n i found out at nite that they somehow they found out. im like. okkk.
so
plan 2: msg someone say not feeling well coz of the flu or no time to go down cos woke up too late or sth.. n then surprise them by going down after meeting sjy.
so with the plans in mind.. i thot of how the details of how im gonna press the bell n not stand at the door n jump in n say surprise or sth. hahahaa. but prclt kept calling to ask where i was. she said j2s at sheng siong buying things. n dun worry noone noes she is in the toilet.. i was like.. hmm. something is fishy. doesnt sound like shes in the toilet. dun have the kinda sound effects.. no echo-y sound or water sounds? but thot i was being over suspicious. so ignored the thot.
reached the block. n got excited. ahhahaha. then i kinda forgot which one was gldy's door. then i pressed the doorbell.. n then waited. n out came a lady. n i was like. OOPS! wrong door.. thankfully she was a sweet nice lady who said it was ok.. ahahha.
then pressed the doorbell.. waited for quite some time. ok. mayb i was juz anxious to go in. ahhaha.. then door opened.. n i was like. hello!! n only j1s. i was like. arrr?? the j2s still in sheng siong. ar? so long. n then funny thing was all the j1s like noe wad im doing. im like.. hmm. y abit weird but ignored again. heard them saying alot of things like wah. today dress so prettily n sth bout my shoes.. but i kinda ignored them.. coz was thinking wad to do b4 the j2s come back. then i quickly said.. "kk. then i hide.. quick quick.. where to go ar? juz bhind or shd i go up?" was about to go into the living room area to go when prclt pulled me back n shounted brownie!!! i was like.. huh?!??!?!
all of a sudden.. came lots of sound from behind me n out appeared all the j2s. i was like. "oh great!" ahhahaha. i juz laughed. n they sang me "happy birthday" while i stared at who was there.. esp jhtn who was with the cam videotaping.. i was like.. noooo. but aiyah. ok.. so paiseh.. wanted to surprise them.. but in the end.. hahaha.... oh well.. so i was given this lil cute cake n a
beautiful pink rose.. had to make 2 wishes 1 known. was about to blow the candle when i saw.. pricetag! ahhahaa. so blew n announced to them.. "erm.. there's a pricetag!" hahaha.. their reactions. was like mixed with stunned. shocked. paiseh. n dunno wad to do. ahahhaa.. so funny. then i gave them my brownies..
b4 eating i was like. arrr. eat so many cakes today!! n they said its ok coz its my bdae. ahha. okay.. n shnl best. say "its ok! its ur bdae. on my bday i had 2 slices of cheesecake" ahaha.. so issit get fat on ur bdae?? hahaa. after eating tried to study but failed so went ard distracting ppl. ahhaha. after taking photos.. went for dinner at din tai fung raffles city
on my way there.. i was holding the rose with my 2 hands in the middle.. smiling slightly to myself.. [was too happy so i couldnt stop smiling la. basically. hahaha.] then walked into the train.. i was like.. oopsss. can feel eyes turning to look at me.. coz ait outstanding holding a rose. hehehx. didnt care. coz i was too happy to b bothered.. usually i'll kinda glare at them like wad happened in the past. hee.
waited for family. then kor came with this new urban mle paper bag n gave it to me.. my bdae prez from him! looked in..
slippers?! hahahaha.. i laughed. he was puzzled la.. so cute. n i said.. haha.. i got a pair yesterday. n he was like. erm. okaaayyy. ahahhaha.. but is ok la. he said if i didnt fit or i saw another model i like.. can go change. so sweet of him. but i like it loads. ^^
dinner was filling!!!! dunno issit coz of all the cake i ate or juz my shrunken stomack after famine camp. anyway ordered lots of food. i had my noodles! a must on bdae. n then lots of xiao long baos. wasnt that faulous.. but i enjoyed it anyhow. with my family!! ^^ then went shopping after dat.. wanted this top but min 2 pieces!! ahhh. sigh.
went home feeling really happy. n loved. oh yes happy is an understatement. i was super high. hahaha.. those who chatted to me could feel it. hehx.
